Cognivo does not create, alter, or control blockchain data. All blockchain information accessed through the platform is publicly available on distributed networks such as Ethereum.

We may temporarily process:

  • API request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, method)
  • Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, or contract addresses submitted by users
  • System logs and error diagnostics
  • API key usage metrics

We do not collect passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or custodial information.

  • During beta or security incidents, limited logs may be retained for up to 90 days
  • Users may request deletion of associated data where technically feasible
