1. Introduction
Cognivo Labs (“Cognivo”, “we”, “us”) operates a blockchain analytics and AI-powered platform that enables users to query public blockchain data using natural language and programmatic interfaces.
By accessing or using the Cognivo platform, you acknowledge and accept the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Data
Cognivo does not create, alter, or control blockchain data. All blockchain information accessed through the platform is publicly available on distributed networks such as Ethereum.
3. Data We May Process
We may temporarily process:
- API request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, method)
- Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, or contract addresses submitted by users
- System logs and error diagnostics
- API key usage metrics
We do not collect passwords, private keys, seed phrases, or custodial information.
4. Retention
- API logs are retained for up to 60 days
- During beta or security incidents, limited logs may be retained for up to 90 days
- Users may request deletion of associated data where technically feasible
5. Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for:
- The data they submit
- How they interpret results
- Any actions taken based on platform outputs
Cognivo provides information only, not advice.
6. Security
Access to internal systems is restricted. Loopback-only infrastructure, API key authentication, and rate limiting are enforced.
However, no system is completely secure, and use is at your own risk.
7. Third-Party Networks
Cognivo interacts with decentralized networks and third-party services beyond our control. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or behavior.
